15 & 16 October 2021
Seafarers Supper & Brunch
Update | 28 September 2021
Back by popular demand, we are extremely excited to confirm that the Superyacht Charities Seafarers Supper is back! For those who were unfortunate enough to miss our inaugural supper back in 2019, the format is a little less formal than our Southampton Ball – Sharp Shirts and Smart Frocks – starting at 18:30 to give everyone a chance to go home at midnight and be reasonably fresh in the morning for our much anticipated Saturday Brunch.
Ticket reservations will be in high demand, with a great mix of island visitors, senior crew and local businesses anticipated to enjoy the networking and chat at the drinks reception, a delightful Mallorquin meal and some lively entertainment. We expect the full breadth of our Superyacht Industry to be present to have fun and raise funds for our selected worthy causes.
Extending our charitable fun through to the Saturday, we’ll be organising a relaxed brunch in the sun…..with Bloody Mary and Mimosa if required!
We look forward to meeting up with the lucky ones that can make it.
The Superyacht Charities Team
Aside from a fun fuelled evening with friends and colleagues, we are looking to surpass the fantastic amount raised in 2019 raising more than £15,000 for local Island beneficiaries. This year, once again, we will supporting the wonderful work that both the Shambhala Foundation does as well that of Yachting Gives Back.
Saturday’s brunch is a relaxed late morning affair. From 11am through to 1pm we’ll chat some more whilst soaking up the sun with some breakfast favourites and maybe the odd Bloody Mary or Mimosa or two!
Friday, 15 October 2021 – Restaurant ca n’Eduardo, from 18.30pm
Saturday, 16 October 2021 – The Boathouse, from 11am
The evening will include live entertainment and we hope to raise money through a raffle, possibly one or two auction items and through the support of sponsors.
Supporting the wonderful work that the Shambhala Foundation does as well as supporting the newly created Yachting Gives Back.
This year’s event is sponsored by MedAire and Optimar
